Experience in handling Infrastructure projects related to desktop, server
- Experience in Team management
- Knowledge about Windows/application support.
- Need to be very good with the windows administration and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of project software like Powerpoint/Project/Visio
- Will be first point of contact for team escalation so need to have good team handling skill along with escalation management
