Job Responsibilities:

Define and map detailed functional processes, business logic and data flows for the web products to ensure a full and accurate understanding of application functionality and business data elements required for integration
Use strong analytical skills provides insights as well as recommendations for changes and convinces key
Company decision makers of business benefits of the proposed solutions
Identifies and drives requirements trade-offs by proposing solutions to BU/FU leadership
Uses sound judgment to identify issues and escalates when appropriate
Business requirements synthesized from multiple sources including product managers, development teams, and functional group members

Skills and Experience Required:

Technical Experience:

2+ years of System Analyst / Business Analyst experience
Data mapping experience
Experience defining and mapping detailed functional processes, business logic and data flows for the web required for integration
Business process understanding of mail order systems
Technical understanding of the system represented and how IT impacts the business units

Non-technical Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources
Ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a cross functional team
