Description

 

·         DC SME who has end to end experience in Server, storage, N/W and Virtualization (Vmware).

·         Experience in Microsoft technologies – Desktop & Server, Cisco networking, VOIP, Security, SCCM

·         Backup and Recovery: preferred  EMC Avamar

·         Bit locker implementation.

·         Coordinate with Onsite and Offshore team.

·         Proactive in problem management, operational changes, handle Complex RFC's, hand-over-to-support(HOTS) process

·         Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

·         Ability to work in a team of diverse skills.

·         Ability to prepare technical documentations /End User Documentations
