· One of the environments will be physical.
· Front end will be Cognos, backend will be SQL.
· Someone who can set up the backend stack.
· This person will leave that database in place.
· All the reporting will be thru the Cognos side.
· SSIS might be needed for certain packages.
· One of the main purposes will be to replicate an extremely large server.
· This person will go in and physically separate the data that will go to Quarum from CHS data.
· They are going to bring up three new servers over at Peak 10.
· They will then go over and clean out all data except for the 38 hospitals for Quarum.
· This role will be 80% administration and 20% development.
· Lots more DBA work.
· Setting up security roles.
· The ability to run and check queries.
· Right now running SQL Server 2008.
· Candidates also need to be versed on 2012.
· The deadline is January 1st.
· From inception to the end, it has to be done.
· Need really good documentation that can be turned over so it can be run 24/7.
