USG direct client is looking for Sr Business Analyst / Data Stream Lead at Madison, WI

Technical/Functional skills:-

Mandatory:

Data Model, Acord, Requirements gathering, Data governance

· Expertise in deriving and writing business and Functional requirements

· Exposure to entity relationship and data schema modeling

· Exposure/awareness of Master Data Management or Data Governance (not essential, but at least an awareness)

· Basic knowledge of accounting processes

Optional:

· Basic understanding and experience of the Insurance business domain

· Knowledge of ACORD data model for Insurance will be added advantage

· Knowledge of industry standard reporting tools

Experience Required:-

· Experience in large BI/DWH implementation project preferably with Insurance customer

· 3+ years of Onshore management/lead experience is must

Roles & Responsibilities:-

· Derive and write Requirements

· Coordinate with Customer, TCS Onshore and Offshore project teams

· Provide guidance to customer about data modeling and data governance

· Project Planning and Monitoring

Generic Managerial Skills:-

· Able to work with open-ended goals

· Able to handle ambiguity and changes in direction

· Experience coaching others
