Role: SAP GRC/Security LEAD Consultant-
Work Location: Thousand Oaks, CA
$480/day on C2C/1099 all inclusive
**Client is looking for primarily a Audit type profile with working experience in SAP ECC and GRC security areas.**
· Maintain positive rapport with client relationship through effective communications .
· Play substantive or lead role in establishing and maintaining quality internal and external communications to include: deliverables, technical content of reports, proposals, etc.
· Demonstrate knowledge of client's industry or functional specialty.
· Identify opportunities to cross-sell other services. Communicate client expectations to the engagement team and leadership.
· Strong background or know ledge in information security management principles, SAP application security implementation methodologies.
· Ability to independently create written deliverables and to participate in presentations .
· Strong understanding of Configuration of SAP GRC Components.Experience in SAP GRC (Virsa 4.0, GRC 5.3, 10.0 and 10.1), RAR, SPM and ERM.
· Strong working knowledge of SAP and SAP GRC and prior experience in designing application controls and auditing the SAP environment is required.
· Prior SAP implementation experience is a plus.
· Good understanding of core IT processes and underlying technologies.
· Experience in auditing system implementations is a plus.
· Excellent interpersonal, oral, written and presentation skills with the ability to comfortably communicate to all levels of management and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
· It is essential that the candidate be a team-player. Self-motivated and positive can-do attitude.
· The candidate should be able to work with minimal supervision. Microsoft office - This person has to be good in excel and PPT. Life science industry experience would be an added advantage.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance with a focus in Information Systems / Information Security / Computer Science or a related discipline required.
· Professional certification CISA preffered but not necessary as would a CIA.Certification in SAP is preferred.
SkillS Required to be sucessful in the Senior Analyst BCOE Role are:Checking quality checks in GRC AC applications, Q-Index, Usability Checks, Performance checks.
· Proven ability to work independently and within team, exposure to a multicultural on shore off-shore work environment and good communication skills both written & verbal.
· Provide KT session's and support the business user's and project support teams on ARA,ARM,EAM and BRM, GRC AC.\
· Role development Experience in functional security requirements gathering and writing related documentation and SOP's.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability tointeract and report status professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders (executive mgmt) leading multiple, concurrent projects with non-negotiable deadlines.
GRC Application and Process related activities
· Prior experience in designing application controls and auditing the SAP environment is required.
· Experience/Knowledge in Segregation of duties , Mitigation Controls etc.
· Working experience in Periodic Audits (Quarterly, Annual..)
· Good understanding of core IT processes and underlying technologies.
· Strong background or knowledge in information security management principles, SAP application security implementation methodologies.
· Ability to independently create written deliverables and to participate in presentations
· Working experience in the SAP GRC 10.1 components CUP, RAR, SPM and ERM. Configuration knowledge and experience is a plus.
· Strong working knowledge of SAP ECC business processes(Finance, Supply Chain etc..)
· Well versed with MS Excel, Access . SQL experience is a plus.
