Role: Business Analyst

Location: Chicago, IL/ Cleveland, OH

Client: Photon

Required Skills and Experience;

· 7+ years of Business Analyst or similar work experience

· Web portals and Mobile technology experience in Healthcare domain preferred

· Be the liaison between the business stakeholders, backend service teams, technology teams, and test teams

· Understand the inherent challenges with turning designs and business requirements intotechnical solutions across a variety of web / mobile platforms

· Perform critical analysis on consolidated information from multiple sources, identify and resolve conflicts, and break down high-level information into detailed workable requirements

· Convert the business expectations (scope) into User Story document (BRD) covering all the requirements

· Experience in wireframing and developing Information Architecture diagram preferred but not mandatory

· Prepare accurate and detailed project documentation, user interface guides, and functional specification documents as needed.

· Accomplish stated responsibilities within a variety of custom and standard software development methodologies

· Work with developers and Subject Matter Experts to collaborate on technical vision of a project effort while communicating compromises with application usability and availability

· Experienced in Agile Methodology

· Knowledge of banking concepts and products would be plus

· Be able to drive meetings with the stakeholders

· Work with the CX/ UX team to ensure that the user gets the best experience and be technically feasible to develop

· Perform User Acceptance Testing [UAT] to ensure the quality

· To be familiar with JIRA/WIKI (Nice to have)

Role: Business Analyst

Location: Minneapolis, MN (Locals Only – In-Person Interview)

Responsibilities:

· Analyze business processes and systems, identify inefficiencies and/or required functional enhancements, and document business processes and procedures for their particular area.

· Translate stakeholder requirements into various documentation deliverables such as functional specifications, use cases, workflow/process diagrams, data flow/data model diagrams.

· Work with Test Lead to validate test scenarios.

Skills Overview:

· Minimum of 8 years experience

· 2 years Lead experience

· Change Management

· Business analysis, including requirements gathering, prioritization, and ensuring new capabilities meet business strategies.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

· Must have extensive Retail experience

· Experience as a BA within Merchandising and Supply Chain

· Must have experience with Visio

· Experience creating diagrams and process flows

· UAT testing and test scenarios

· Experience interacting with 3rd party vendors

· Finalizing business requirements

· Knowledge of Visio and Powerpoint

· Seeburger Experience would be a Bonus
