Job Description :

Role : .Net Lead

Location : Rockville, MD

Duration : Long Term

GC and Citizen

Required Skills and Competencies

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
10+ years of strong experience with .NET framework (Especially with C#, ASP.NET, Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), Entity Framework and SSIS)
2+Yrs of experience as a Lead.
Strong SQL skills, including proficiency using Stored Procedures and views
Experience with MVC framework.
Inversion of Controls (AutoFac or StructureMap)
Experience with UML and Object Oriented Design, Analysis, and Programming
Ability to work with team members to understand the business requirements and to assist with the development of effective solutions to meet the client's needs.
Sound knowledge in design and implementing SOA, WEB API and Web Services based projects

Knowledge of software development methodologies - preferably AGILE.

Job Profile

Codes, tests, debugs, implements, and documents highly complex programs. Develops complex test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs.
Designs systems and programs to meet highly complex business needs. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs are developed and coded. Creates appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code, and technical documentation.
Gathers information from existing systems, analyzes program and time requirements. Prepares time estimates and justifications for assigned tasks and provides recommendations to project managers.
Supports project personnel in resolving fairly complex program problems. Provides technical advice on complex programming.
