Job Description
Experienced tester who can test a complex IT solution involving multiple systems and external suppliers. This resource will also focus on test design, execution and uncovering defects during System and System Integration testing.
Job Description
• Testing Skills: Test Design, Test Execution, Defect Logging and Reporting.
• Extensive experience in manual testing.
• Experience in Application, System, End to End Testing.
• Knowledge of QA deliverables e.g. Test Strategy, Test Plan & Test Scenarios.
• Understand Test Estimation and Methodologies, SDLC, Quality Assurance and Best Practices.
• Track and report defects from discovery, verification to closure.
• Coordinate work activities with other project team members.
• Strong understanding of dependencies within an IT organization.
• Expertise in all modules of HP Quality Center/Application Lifecycle Management.
Required Skills:
• 2-5 years of testing experience in manual testing.
• Extensive experience with testing design, execution, evaluation and quality assurance best practices
• Thorough working knowledge of all types of testing
• Expert at HP ALM.
Good to Have Skills:
• Knowledge of Life Insurance Domain
• Experience on systems like LifeComm or LifeSuite
• Software Tester Certification
