Work Experience
10 + years
Skill set:
TIBCO Architect - Enterprise Application Integration (EAI - TIBCO BE, Activespaces & Spotfire),
Agile development techniques e.g. Lean Agile) JDBC, SQL, and RDBMS such as Oracle and/or MSSQL
complex SQLs and light PL/SQL development ability a plus) . The candidate should be well versed in TIBCO architecture and implementation solutions and possess the ability to administer and configure TIBCO products under various platforms.
The candidate will work on a team responsible for promoting TIBCO technology adoption across the enterprise. This includes implementing application specific solutions using TIBCO software products;
leading and teaching others through doing, knowledge sharing, mentoring and training; documenting
guidelines, best practices and lessons learned; and, participating in architecture reviews and code
inspection sessions. The selected individual must be highly motivated with good written and oral
communication skills. Candidate should have a proven track record of being able to plan, prioritize,
estimate, and deliver projects on time.
5+ years of TIBCO development experience (Specializing in CEP/Big-data/SOA)
7+ years of development experience in large organizations.
Knowledge of Business Intelligence and experience using historical data as predictive tools for metrics and trending.
Team player who has customer facing experience
Excellent communication Skills
Preferred: TIBCO Certified.
3. Title: TIBCO Administrator
Location: Colorado springs, CO
Position Type: Long term Contract
Hourly: Open
Minimum 3 - 6+ years of relevant experience.
L2/L3 remote support to the Integration, Pre-Production, and UAT Environment for tickets arising out of Release activities (code deployment) performed in the Environments.
Ensure the 100% of availability of TIBCO application and environments.
Perform all duties related to UNIX system administration, user account maintenance.
Day-to-day functional administration tasks, as well as application-specific technical support.
Password configurations, file system maintenance, performance tuning, process monitoring and assigning permissions.
Knowledge of TIBCO BW 5.4,5.9 5.11 Active matrix, Adapters, EMS,
Knowledge of clustering options using TIBCO Activespaces. Deployment options for cache and inference engines etc
Root Cause Analysis, Post-Mortem Analysis, and accompanying Documentation.
Consistent and Timely Closure of Core Communication Feedback Loop (written and verbal) to developers and management.
