This position is responsible for functions on projects of moderate to high complexity by working with business partners within multiple business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies; eliciting, documenting, and refining business requirements for the IT organization; serving as a liaison across multiple facets of the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs; leveraging an informed knowledge of business areas to identify and/or resolve problems on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities to Include: Lead internal/external customer including vendors/users and various business units in the development of use cases enabling the technical team to deliver appropriate solutions supporting real-time capabilities. Conduct detailed analysis and make recommendations for process improvements. Coordinate data transmission process with end users, ITG, and vendors. Conduct testing on data for the releases. Support the technical leadership in successful multi-vendor project development teams. Facilitation and oversight of vendor meetings, requirement review /sign-off Responsible for ensuring all program activities and artifacts are completed and maintained with overall project activities. Comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance Program policies and other applicable corporate and departmental policies. Maintain complete confidentiality of company business. Business Skills REQUIRED: Minimum 5 - 7 years? eBusiness, health information technology and project experience Minimum 4 years business process design and business system design Education Requirements: Masters degree or equivalent work experience is required
