Duration: Long Term

Requirements include knowledge, skills & experience in the following areas:

• Extensive experience either as a Scrum Master or as a member of a Scrum team

• Experience with the Scrum process daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews and retrospectives

• Ability to perform hands-on programming as well as directing other developers and working with external software vendors

• Experience in full SDLC including leading development of technical solutions in all phases from validation of business requirements, technical design, and implementation through test and rollout

• Software requirements engineering: collection, analysis and specification of requirements; use cases, mock-ups, data models

• Providing estimates on technology solutions delivery and integration effort

• Cross-platform mobile app development on iDevices and Android, e.g. Phone Gap, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript; experience customizing/integrating external cloud-based "form builder" software for mobile data capture would be a plus, e.g. iFormBuilder • Microsoft ASP.NET development: object-oriented design and development in the Microsoft .NET4 environment; experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft IIS, .NET Forms development, ASP.NET MVC, JSON, XML and XML Web Services, Microsoft Excel pivot tables and macros, interfacing with SharePoint

• SQL Server or Oracle relational databases: database design and development, T-SQL or PL/SQL, stored procedures, packages and triggers, experience with TOAD or similar database modelling tools

• Version control software such as Microsoft Team Foundation Server

• Unit testing, Integration testing, Support for user acceptance testing and hypercare

• Test Driven Development TDD and Automated Testing Frameworks such as NUnit

• Developing and Maintaining Technical Documentation
