Job Title: Epic Certified Coordinators (6)

Location: Woonsocket, RI

Length: 6-12 months

Start: ASAP

Rate: 65-70/HR all inclusive

The EPIC Analyst will have primary responsibility for the design, build/configuration, testing, validation and ongoing support of the EPIC application(s). The Analyst will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the software functionality and acquiring/utilizing knowledge of the operational workflows to be implemented with the EPIC system. The analyst will gain in-depth knowledge of the software by attending application support training and completing application certification projects and tests. Then analyst job responsibilities will include:

Key abilities:

· Understanding of the organization and the user community in the analyst's assigned area

· Ability to lead meetings, prioritize, resolve conflicts, managing issues and oversight and implementation of project plan activities

· Strong communication and follow-up skills

· Ability to probe for information about the underlying needs of the organization and user community, which directly influences how the system will be built

Client needs 2 Certified Consultant with Specialty in:

· 2 Cadence/Prelude

· 2 Epic Care ambulatory

· 2 Resolute

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years' build experience with Epic Care or Cadence/ADT and/or Prelude, Resolute or ambulatory along with certification in any of these modules

· Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare IT in a front-end revenue cycle role

· Minimum 1 year of front-end revenue cycle consulting experience in similar consulting firms; Tier 1 consulting firm experience preferred

· 2 years' experience using formal project methodologies (i.e. SDLC)
