Senior BA with 10+ years experience
Must have Strong Use Case experience and use case samples will be needed from candidates moving forward
Strong exp working in a RUP environment
Analytical thinker
Great at building relationships and being able to elicit strong requirements
Enterprise Architect---Really know how to use it…not just open it but really have hands on exp. working with EA
