Job Description (copy & paste)

Experience developing on IIS/.Net applications.
Experience developing Node.JS
Experience in Sitefinity CMS or similar .Net enterprise CMS system
Identify or respond to issues within custom built applications and propose and implement solutions.
Implement changes using CMS features as needed or requested by the business.
Effectively communicate to impacted teams/internal customers what the issue is and path to resolution.
Create documentation/run books for new and existing applications as needed.
Work towards goal of 100% uptime for supported applications.
Work with internal customers to improve application performance and experience as needed. •Ensure customer build applications are supportable and sustainable.
Work with existing and look for ways to improve application on boarding process. •Be part of a 24/7 on call rotation for application and server support. •Understand and develop ways to proactively resolve problems before they happen. •Work well under pressure and crisis situations. •Be able to balance multiple projects and priorities. •Demonstrate leadership qualities while bringing multiple teams together to resolve an application and/or server issues
