Duration:6 months

Location: NetApp, Sunnyvale, CA

Job Description: To be responsible for the installation, technical administration, tuning, and monitoring of the ERP application and supporting the functional teams while meeting consistent quality requirements and timelines. (1.) To train and transfer knowledge to the team members (2.) To administer ERP in production environment (3.) To manage database optimization, back-up and recovery (4.) To monitor occurrences of new software releases, support packs and kernel upgrades and how these affect the application and users. (5.) To perform troubleshooting at the ERP and database level

EBS Techno-Functional resource with 10+ years' experience, who has worked in Oracle Applications v11i and R12 Service Contracts(OCI), OM, IB, Entitlements modules.

• Good functional knowledge of the EBS order management, IB, and Contract & Entitlement Management.

• Experienced in understanding and reviewing MD50 documents and in writing MD70 documents, code review, and testing

• Mandatory skill set - PL/SQL, Procedures, Reports, Workflow, AOL

• Both v11i and R12 experience is must

• Good communication and analytical skills required in driving discussion with business users and solution leads to deliver comprehensive solutions and communicating the technical and business solutions/issues to all levels individuals and Executive Management

• Experienced as tech lead for a large Oracle EBS implementation is preferred

• Experienced in providing team status and project status to management
