We are currently looking for Data Architect/ Modeler Role in Farmingham/MA.

Role	Data Architect/ Modeler
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills	• 7+ years of experience in the field of Data modeling and Data Architecture • Responsible for the development of logical data models and physical data base designs applied across multiple computing environments. • Experience in Oracle Golden Gate CDC [ Change Data Capture ] tool implementation experience • Experience in real-time data integration and replication in heterogeneous IT environments Ensure optimal end user performance by establishing and consistently executing overall system performance assessment processes and associated action plans. • Provide oversight and direction for the design and development of the data layer(s). • Develop standards, process flows and tools that promote and facilitate the mapping of data sources, documenting interfaces and data movement across the enterprise. • Provide architectural solutions covering data structures, sourcing, integration, security, and retention. • Developing and maintaining enterprise-wide data models, Logical Data Models (LDM), Physical Data Models (PDM) • Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills • Retail related data warehousing experience a plus
Roles and responsibility	leading Data Governance (DG) and Data Stewardship efforts Building consensus and leading data integration, semantic reconciliation, and data harmonization efforts Reviewing and assessing existing data processing methods and techniques Analyzing and developing complex database designs, data models, and relationship modeling Depicting the flow of data within and between technology systems and business functions/operations Identifying and resolving information flow and content issues Transforming business requirements into logical and physical data models Work with the application development teams throughout the development life cycle Work in a blended team for a development project.
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills	Golden Gate CDC [ Change Data Capture] Handson experience
