Role : Assurance Analyst/ Business Analyst.
• Role Description : Works with project manager and users to analyze design , implement and support business applications and systems. Develops detailed functional systems and program specifications using SDM (E.G. develop and execute test cases, use cases and documentation). Ensure built in quality with ownership. Strong Verbal and written communication, knowledge of cross-functional
• Desired Experience : 3.00 yrs.
• General Description : Works with the Project Manager, Project Lead, and users to analyze, design, implement and support Service Now modules. Develop detailed requirements, create test cases and scripts, user documentation/training material, and standardizing and improving related processes.
• Requirements/Must Have : Strong verbal/written communication skills Above average MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint skills
• Skills & Qualification : ITIL Certification and SharePoint experience is desired. Service Now working experience and/or in implementing Service Now would be a plus.
