Title: Senior SAP IS-Retail Consultant with APO/MM/IM/SD/LE
Location: Seattle, WA
Duration: 2-3 Months
Rate: Open + Expenses
Retail principal/platinum/architect to support effort to provide a holistic handset pre-order solution to Retail, Care and Web sales channels.
The customer priority for addressing current point points are:
1. Develop a long-term solution to handle split orders shipped from the distribution center (STO) to local stores where part of the order is on backorder.
2. Develop a long-term solution to handle subscriber split orders (SO) where 1+ of the devices in the order are on backorder, allowing the currently available handsets to be shipped to the subscriber.
3. Develop and support tools to enable the customer to self-support during the pre-order process.
4. Develop and support tools and long term solutions to enable Care channel (returns/upgrades) to handle exception scenarios and failure points in the pre-order workflows.
5. Develop additional reporting capabilities that will enable ad-hoc and analytical reports to support core business decisions
Specific skill areas that are required for customer issues and pain-points:
APO planning (reverse logistics), general supply chain and inventory planning, fulfillment, materials management, logistics execution (inbound/outbound STOs and deliveries), procure to receipt, inventory management
