Job Title: Technical Analyst III
Location: Reston, VA
Hourly rate: 50-55/hr. on C2C All Inclusive
Longevity: Contract 6 months+
Start: ASAP
Seeking a Technical System Analyst III to support application systems analysis and programming activities onsite with our team in Reston, VA. As a Technical System Analyst III you will be responsible designing and developing computer application and systems, determining user requirements and specifications, supporting feasibility studies, and conducting data analysis to assure development of a quality application. You will use structured methodologies to develop and document technical requirements and define code specifications.
Required Skills:
· A minimum of 4-8+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
· Good communication skills (oral and written)
· In-depth knowledge of PC usage and related software packages
· Strong knowledge of computer system capabilities and limitations
· In-depth knowledge of one or more programming languages
· Strong understanding of databases and SQL querying
· Working knowledge of ReqPro or other equivalent requirement gathering tools.
· In-depth understanding of the SDLC, and strong analytical skills
· Industry knowledge and ability to grasp inner workings of various technical components of an application
· Knowledge of Agile methodology a plus
· A four year Bachelor degree
