Analytical skills- Able to assess Project Life cycle Situation and come up with action plan e.g. Response to call from user with Issue with application
Standard Test Lead skills
Technical Skills:
Experience in Web Testing – Mandatory
Experience in Test Management Tool QC – Mandatory
Experience in SQL Queries – Preferred
Experience of Agile project- Preferred
Manual Testing Skills:
Understand the project requirements
Identify and Create test scenarios/ Test Cases as per the test plan
Test Data identification ,Creation and Validation
Review, revise and validate manual test cases created
Execute Test Cases/scenarios
Defect Tracking and Reporting
Regular Status Reporting
Experience in System Integration Testing
Experience in Regression Testing
