Technical/Functional Skills Consultant should have at least 2 end to end SAP US Payroll implementation.
Experience Required 6-8 Yrs
Roles & Responsibilities SAP HCM US Payroll Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of HCM technology/process deliverables; particularly in the SAP HCM Payroll and Benefit Module.
Adapts best methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to complex problems.
The consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in finalizing the requirement, Business blue printing, base line configuration, development, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of large-scale SAP HCM US Payroll & Benefit solutions.
As the majority of our work is performed at different sites with significant travel required, consultant must be ready to travel.
Consultant will work closely with the client core team to ensure exemplary results. Must possess and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and customer service skills, excellent oral and written communication and the ability to multi-task.
Maintain customer satisfaction by handling all inquiries and deliver a high level of responsiveness and customer service.
Generic Managerial Skills Project Management (Preferred, not mandatory)
Education B.E, MBA (Preferred)
