Business Analyst-Retail
Work Location Minneapolis, MN

Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills
• 5+ Years of recent experience in Business Analysis and Consulting and/or technology professional services in an Enterprise environment
• 7+ years of recent experience gathering and documenting requirements as well as creating use cases
• Experience with multiple system integrations, working with multiple vendors
• Experience in application migration from one database to another
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Experience in Retail
• Technical team management experience including offshore team members
• Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Retail related data warehousing experience a plus
Roles and responsibility
Work with business users to understand their request for remediation/enhancements of the application and create Business Process documents and Requirement documents
Create use cases
Work with Technical team to design solution and create Functional design documents for application migration
Design test plan and create test scripts
Work with the application development teams throughout the development life cycle
Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks
Good written and oral communication
Ability to work independently, produce high quality work, with limited supervision
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills Work with different teams – Business, users, PM and tech team to create overall functional/business/non functional requirement document. Prepare Requirement traceability matrix and project scope statement. Work with users, techteam and testing team and prepare test plans and test cases.
