Experience:
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com platform
• Experienced in delivery of Mobile applications
• Experienced in Agile methodology
Responsibilities
• Responsible to deliver the project on time, on budget, and within scope, resource, and quality constraints
• Owns and communicates project plan, budget, and overall project progress
• Directs project resources for delivery of project activity
• Drives resolution of project risks, issues and scope changes
• Coordinates and supports all workstreams e.g. communication, training, and change management plans, etc.
• Manages relationships with third-party vendor for the life of the project
• Develops and communicates status reports
• Owns Transition Point reviews and all deliverables associated with the reviews, which includes project definition, governance, service introduction, etc.
• Manages, with support of the Business Partner, cross-functional relations to ensure all process (including gaps) are identified, solutioned, and tested.
• Liaise with Service Introduction Lead (SIL) to ensure smooth transition to steady state support
• Ensure needed infrastructure is in place to support the solution
• Leads Sprint planning session and ensure project is on track
• Facilitates meetings, including daily scrum meeting (review of back-log status)
• Manages team dynamics & facilitates escalations
