Job Description
Technical
·      Excellent Oracle DBA (Techno Functional Manager) with background to ecommerce.
·         Innovation and Automation, Unix/Perl scripting
·         Knowledge of 12c grid and database
·         Good working knowledge on Oracle RAC, Data Guard, ASM, Grid etc
·         Experience on Oracle Performance Tuning
·         Prior experience on complete lifecycle including Install, upgrade and patching
·       Awareness of all 4 layers of the stack (application, database, OS and Hardware) .
·       Awareness of new trends in enterprise data domain ( Hadoop, Mongo, Teradata etc) is desired

Management
·         The role will interact with VP of enterprise Data domain in customer organization.
·         Demonstrated leadership and Project management skills
·         Strong customer service orientation and excellent customer facing skills is mandatory
·         Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
·         Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
·         Should have worked in onsite-offshore delivery model
·         Should be very strong with ITIL frame work and must be ITIL foundation certified
·         Practical experience on Incident lifecycle management, major incident management and event correlation etc
·         Experience/exposure to ITSM tool such as ServiceNow
·         Should possess ability to take logical decisions
·         Good to have - ability to advise clients on a variety of business processes/services that help identify, assess, manage and measure the organization's capabilities
