Responsibilities:
Position: FileNet Administrator
Technical Skills and experience needed:
4+ years of FileNet P8 5.0 (Content engine, Process engine, Application Engine) or higher experience
2+ years experience with linux (zLinux added plus)
2+ years with WAS ND
2+ years with RDBMS (DB2 added plus
Experience with Performance tuning
Great oral communication skills
Great troubleshooting skills
Need to be Self motivated and self starter
These would be added pluses
-Add on products, ICM, Datacap, Records manager
- DB2 and/or zlinux experience
2. FileNet P8 Developer
Job Functions: FileNet systems development and support. Consultant will translate business and technical requirements into well-engineered, tested, and deployed FileNet imaging, content management and workflow systems. Leader and active participant in all aspects, including the analysis, design, development, testing, installation, and post-implementation support. Consultant will interface with customers and other team members to determine the most efficient and cost-effective approach to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate is self-driven and uses a proactive approach to developing solutions.
* Design and deploy FileNet implementations
* Perform coding for custom applications and integrations.
* Provide production support to installed sites.
Skills and Experience Required
* IBM FileNet P8 4.x and/or 5.x platform, design and development experience including IBM ECM software, such as FileNet P8 Content Engine and Process Engine API
* 5+ years of working knowledge of a variety of programming languages including Java/J2EE and Web Services
* Experience in databases such as DB2, Oracle and MS SQL
* UNIX, Windows.
* Experience in WebSphere, JBOSS or other web application servers
* Bachelors degree in a computer science related program.
* Prior consulting experience to clients on complex engagements.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to act as a leader within a high-performing technical team.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
