Role: Application Packaging Consultant(SCCM)

Location: Houston, TX

Duration: 6 Months +

 

Description

• Acts as a liaison between the Software Packaging and End User Computing groups and Business Units for the request, approval, and schedule of new software packages
• Coordinates with users to determine IT requirements
• Coordinates with Software Packaging group and Business to determine priority and schedule of software packages
• Evaluates new Software Packaging requests and business requirements and recommends appropriate pre-existing software package or application/system
• Prepares communications and makes presentations on Software Packages metrics, issues, and status
• Answers questions regarding Software Packaging process and procedures

 

Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to manage and administer multiple activities simultaneously
• Change management skills
• Independent task management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Excellent people skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint technology
