Bachelor's Degree with 5-10 years of experience

Financial services industry experience preferred

Agile/Scrum experience, training, and/or certifications preferred

• A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of application and system concepts

• Provides analytical functions on IT systems solutions, initiatives, or incidents.

Analyzes work processes, operations, gaps, incidents, or solutions

• Well versed in Agile methodology and Scrum principles

• Perform analysis as needed to define functional and non-functional requirements

• Perform analysis as needed to help transform product ideas into epics, product features, and user stories

• Communicates effectively by meaningful and articulate verbal discussion; creating clear and coherent written materials; synthesizing information into succinct, concise, and logical summaries and reports

• Help others in clarifying complex problems; adapts or modifies established approaches

• Identifies and selects appropriate tools, data, and analysis techniques to diagnose problems and develop solutions

• Relationships with peers and working teams are consistently collaborative and effective
