MUST HAVE SOAPUI EXPERIENCE

Position: Associated QA Engineer

Location: Freeport, ME

Duration: 3+ months (possibility of an extension)

Rate: $35/hr 

 

Description:

There is an immediate need for another Associate QA Engineer for the client's E-Commerce Testing Team. 

QA engineering skills and experience are required. 

Must Have:

Strong written and verbal communication skills including expert English-language skills.

Strong problem solving & troubleshooting skills.

Ability to read and understand basic software code.

Ability to translate requirements and software design into robust test cases.

Experience with troubleshooting issues - interpreting stack traces, verifying data in logs, manipulating data, thinking outside the box to recreate issues, etc.

Testing experience with web-based applications.

Experience testing across browsers and mobile devices.

Experience with web service testing and SOAPUI.

Ability to write and execute complicated SQL queries.

MS Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Highly organized, process and detail oriented.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Nice to Have:

Fitnesse and Selenium experience.

Experience with data driven testing.

Programming experience.
