Must-have skills
·         Highly adept in .Net 4.0, SQL Server 2008 programming with   proven experience in designing high performance queries
·         Strong working knowledge of WPF and WCF 
·         Working exposure to ORM tools like nHibernate
·         Exposure to Infragistics controls and Telerink   reporting
·         Should have experience in Test Driven Development using   nUnit or similar tools
·         Strong analytical ability and good communication skills –   both oral and written
Desirable skills
·         Experience in developing Offline capable applications using   Microsoft Sync framework
·         Development knowledge on Knowledge Management   portals
·         Capable of designing slick user interfaces which are highly   usable
·         Experience in Product development is preferable
·         Experience in   Test Driven Development using nUnit
·         HTML5   development experience
