Location : Mount Laurel, NJ (Face to Face)
Duration: 6 Months (Contract to Hire)
Green Card or Citizen
8-10 yr Experience Required
(strong PL/SQL skills, MVC, and WCF are a must)
.NET developer with experience with ASP.NET and ORACLE using Visual Studio 2005 & Visual Studio 2010. Individual must possess extensive development experience and a broad working knowledge of application deployment practices/configurations. Proficiency using PL/SQL with regards to creating/maintaining stored procedures, triggers, functions and views is required. This position will require hands-on involvement in all aspects of SDLC.
Enterprise application and business systems development experience is preferred and will be given priority. A strong focus is required on customer service, and the capability to deliver in aggressive timelines. Developer will work closely with both users and team members to provide solutions to business requirements during all phases of the development process.

- Strong analytical skills for effective problem solving and troubleshooting
- Ability to grasp issues quickly and make educated, critical judgments
- Work well in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on the ability to communicate technical issues to a diverse non-technical audience
- A motivated self-starter that is able to work independently and in teams on tasks and projects with limited supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Provides reasonable and fair estimates on assigned tasks and work efforts.
- Uses Microsoft Office products and other desktop tools to improve performance, collaboration, communication and efficiency.
- Integrates multiple systems and develops modules that staff can reuse.
- Provides regular updates on progress of assignments to users and management on all projects and cases assigned.
- Organizes assignments and work efforts to meet schedules and deadlines.
Knowledge and Skill:
- 8- 10 years of software development experience
- Minimum of 7 years experience developing in ASP.NET (C#)
- PL/SQL (Oracle), Stored procedures, triggers
- An advanced understanding of the 2.0 & 4.0 .NET framework.
- Visual Studio 2005, 2010
- Web services (WCF)
- JavaScript & Ajax
- HTML
- Team Foundation Server is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences and Microsoft Certification is helpful.
