Experience required for the Job: 4 - 8 years Annual Salary of the Job: 7.0 - 12.0 Lacs Job Location: Bengaluru/Bangalore Dear Candidate, We are looking for a Manager- Decision Support for a FMCG major in Bangalore. Job Profile Responsible for ensuring professional decision support through the management of information, processes and reports, to assist the Region in the completion of detailed budgets and forecasts, lead the development of decision support tools in Sales and Sales Development. Also responsible for delivery on agreed SLA"s with customers through maintenance of accurate, up-to-date financial MIS for the region * Expertise in financial operations and reporting, business planning, budget preparation and forecasting and expense analysis * Proficient in the use of a comprehensive, multi-dimensional ERP software systems/MS Office and Excel * Ability to logically manipulate financial data * Ability to perform complex financial analyses * Strong problem-solving skills. * Must be able to function at both a detailed and strategic level * Manages multiple projects with little direction * Strong oral and written communication skills * Strong organizational skills * Responsible for completing the Annual Budget for Regional Sales in the detail required and on the deadline set * Responsible for completing the Capex Process and preparing the Operating Plan * Responsible for Benchmarking of specific measurements - internal and external * Develop and deliver the detailed management reports, dashboards, and KPI"s to the Region and to HUB on a monthly basis as defined and agreed by internal customers * Monthly meetings with GM Sales on the results and performance of the Region. Minutes of action items to be produced * Assist in the completion of the Profit Forecasts in the required detail and on time * Use historic data and analysis to identify future areas of improvement and Propose new decision support tools to manage and measure future initiatives.
