DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Tech Lead -

Job Description

·         Significant experience in business modeling, using Excel, Access, OLAP/ROLAP, or any other BI tools

·         Substantial understanding of quantitative and statistical techniques

·         Should have worked on any industry leading BI tool for at least 5 years

·         Good in problem solving and self learning

·         Should have a sound knowledge on data modeling techniques and Relational Databases

·         SQL & data modeling experience

·         Should posses knowledge on multidimensional modeling techniques

·         Desire to learn new approaches to business modeling and new techniques for modeling activities

·         Experience in CPG and/or Retail industries

·         Exposure to Nielsen, IRI, Wal-Mart or any other POS sales related data set

·         Willingness to Travel on short term or long term

·         Any Engineering Degree/B Tech or MCA

·         2 to 4 years experience in DB/Scripting/Programming

·         Experience in business modeling, using Excel, Access, OLAP/ROLAP, or any other BI tools. Knowledge of any industry leading BI tools

·         Fair knowledge on data warehousing concepts. Should posses strong knowledge on multidimensional modeling techniques

·         Hands on experience in DB activities and data loading and data visualization

·         Working experience in Perl, UNIX & Shell scripting and automation

·         Programming knowledge in VB and VBA

·         Understand the customer business requirements and successfully design the BI solutions

·         Desire to learn new approaches in business modeling and new techniques for modeling activities

Sr Engg -

Job Description

Role and Responsibility

1. Understand the customer business requirements and successfully design IRI BPM solutions

2. Participate as part of Solutions Development Team, creating new IRI BPM Solutions

3. Serve as part of the Solutions Development Team and implementation team.

4. Perform audit and quality control activities for implementations and solutions being developed through IRI to ensure feasibility and high performance

Demonstrated Experience

1. Experience in DW consulting/implementations or professional services

2. Significant experience in business modeling, using Excel, Access, OLAP/ROLAP, or any other BI tools

3. Should have worked on any industry leading BI tool for at least 3 years (BI/DW Consultant)

4. Should have a fair knowledge on data modeling techniques and Relational Databases

5. Fair knowledge on data warehousing concepts.Should posses strong knowledge on multidimensional modeling techniques

5. Desire to learn new approaches to business modeling and new techniques for modeling activities

6. Knowledge of the Consumer Packaged Goods and Retail industries

7. Exposure to Nielsen, IRI, Wal-Mart or any other POS sales related data set is an added advantage
