Job Description · Review RFPs/RFIs, develop proposal plans, outlines and schedules
· Assemble the bid team
· Coordinating proposal efforts with technical, program/project management, legal/contracts, finance, and human resources representatives
· Overseeing the proposal development process; coordinating efforts and ensuring all timelines are met
· Reviews proposal draft and final versions for responsiveness to RFP, thoroughness, accuracy, staffing, financial considerations, quality and effective design and compliance
· Ensuring proposals are in accordance with prescribed guidelines, comply with RFP requirements, and showcase our strengths / differentiators
· Plan and coordinate the submission and post-proposal submission tasks
· Act as the main point of contact during site visits
· Collect, analyze, and report proposal metrics for each prime and subcontract proposal initiated.
· Create and actively maintain a library of corporate technical solution and management approach concepts and methodologies for use in future proposals
· Assemble and maintain a past performance database for use in future proposals through active and continuous coordination with projects |
