We have an urgent opening for "SAP BI Lead" professional with 'Shakti IT Services Pvt Ltd' for one of the CMMI level client based out in Hyderabad. Candidate will be working for our client side on the payroll of "Shakti IT Services Pvt Ltd'
Work Location:-Hyderabad
Experience:-8+ Yrs of experience.
Desired Skills
*Minimum 5 years of relevant SAP experience required.
*Minimum of 2 years experience with BW 3.5 or higher is required. BW 7.0 experience is preferred.
*Experience with ABAP also desired.
*Experience leading mid-size to large BI development projects required.
*Experience in data warehouse modeling and design required.
*Experience with project management, product development life-cycle word processing, spreadsheet, and a groupware tool is needed.
*Able to identify and discuss client expectations as relevant to own area and monitor and report on delivery of what was promised.
*Able to identify and document specific problems and resolution alternatives and describe a specific problem and offering the perspective of each involved stakeholder.
*Able to gain agreement on the problem-solving process, risk assessment, decision points, and criteria.
*Experienced in analyzing daily problems for trends and taking steps to avoid recurrence.
*Experience with test plan creation, Performance/Load/Stress/Automated testing of BI warehouses, Test report and Test result analysis
*Experience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams, managing multiple tasks/assignments with staggered due dates and deadlines through effective time management skills.
*Ability to function and interact across teams in a large matrix organization to execute multiple tasks/assignments simultaneously with input from several resources.
*Ability to apply technical skills with effective verbal and written communication is a must.
*Ability to identify and communicate issues/risks applying technical and root cause analysis skills is a must.
*Ability to conduct technical discussions directly with Project/Product management and clients is a must.
*Must be a self motivated and pro-active BI technical leader and possess a strong decision making, problem solving and analytical skills
