Main Accountabilities
* Lead SAP FI-CO & PS Functional Deliverables as part of on- going support
* Review issues and Pending calls periodically and Ensure that Service levels and user satisfaction are maintained within prescribe limits
* Effective partner management ensuring highest quality deliverables within agreed time lines
* Effective understanding of the business processes and corresponding system configurations
* Hands-on FI-CO & PS Configurations, adhering to optimal business processes
* Expert in implementation strategy of major requirements, solution design, scope finalization and risk management
* Expert in problem Isolation and resolution related to FI-CO, PS functionalities and cross modular aspects
* Conduct periodic Module level meeting with all supported countries stakeholders
* Manage internal FI-CO, PS team & Ensuring highest competence of team members with respect to skills, ownership, process adherence, delivery, training needs etc.
* Participate in period meeting with various team members of support center and take appropriate decisions in favor of business and center
* Adherence of standards/guidelines related defined processes practice in support center , and ensuring compliance,
* Participate in major projects related to implementation, upgrades, enhancements, end to end testing to safeguard the system
* Ownership of managing/safe guarding Regional template
* Maintain all relevant documents within purview up to date with periodic validation
