* Experience in installation and maintenance of ECC6, EP, BI and CRM landscapes SAP landscape/system design experience .Prior experience in System admin (OS,DB, Network admin) most preferred
* At least 1 end to end implementation project exp.
* At least 2 end to end Support project experience
* At least 1 SAP upgrade experience
* Trusted advisor/consultant to customers on complex problems/challenges
* Owning and providing expert assistance to junior team members when ever required. Managing the upgrade project track. Flexible to work in 1st and 2nd shift (India and Europe time zones)
Nice to have
* Certification in ITIL standards
