Position: SAP HR Consultant
(a) At least 3 years working experience under the following environment :
 SAP R/3 version 4.5 or higher FI and CO modules
 Operating Environment : - Windows NT 4.0 / 2000 / 2003
(b) Expertise in following SAP R/3 components:
 HR Functional: Basic understanding of all aspects of HR Business processes. Specializing in Organizational management & PA, Time management & schemas, Work schedule, Leave entitlement, Absence, Payroll and schemas, Benefits, Cost planning.
 HR Programming: HR reporting using logical database, modifying standard HR reports, Infotype processing, Joins and projections, RMAC Modules, Authorization checks, Export/import files in HR, Clustered data, Function modules, ABAP Query, HR ABAP/4 features, BDC, Scripts, BAPI and Dialog programming.
(c) Able to work independently in gathering requirements from users, designing, configuring, implementing and maintaining SAP HR system
(d) SAP HR certification
(e) Experience in .Net or Java technologies
