Job Profile:
- * Understanding the business processes
* Interacting with business users, understanding their business needs and anticipating future requirement
* Deciphering user needs and mapping it to templates with zero customization except IGAAP needs
* Completing the project in time as per standard templates and budget
* Change Management
* Managing multiple projects
* To provide SAP 2nd level support to Client cluster companies
* Assume project management role
* Ensure Compliance
* Support projects with subject matter expertise, ensure template compatibility, ensure adherence to Client focus programs
Preferred Candidate profile:
* In-depth and solid work experience in SAP project implementation & support
* Excellent in SAP functional area relevant for the position
* Excellent project management skills
* Should have led a team of people in a project and also managed outsourced implementation agencies
* Good understanding of business in the relevant functional area and should be have good convincing ability to use standard solutions.
* Should have handled at least two full cycle projects
* Well versed with ESS and MSS
