3 â€" 5 years of experience with 2+ projects on MOSS

· Should have good understanding of MOSS

· Should have hands on experience

· Should be able to evaluate general design/architecture

· Coding/trouble shooting skills

· MOSS development and customization(s), Reporting portal development experience on MOSS

· Web services using C# and .Net, RSS Syndications



Other good to haves:

· Prior development experience with Microsoft

· Extranet portal deployment, knowledge of Microsoft ACE review process

· Interaction with customer
