REPORTS TO: Staffing Vertical head.
Position Summary:
Incumbent should be highly capable in terms of handling multi-assignments and equally capable of handling pressure, s/he will be doing recruitment in niche technology areas and should share the vision set by Executive Search SBU of Alp. S/He will be following various methods of recruitment as followed by Alp.
Essential Duties and job responsibilities:
• High end Technical Recruitment/Staffing/Sourcing-in product Development Domain-Telecom/Semiconductor preferred
• Understanding of high-end technologies and Industry trends.
• Increasing Numbers of Technical Staff and re-sourcing.
• Client Management, Relationship Building.
• Account Management ,New Account Building and Business development
• Offer Negotiation
• Strong TAT ,Quality Check
SKILLS:
Good Command over communication i.e. written and verbal in English, Professional Touch, Fluency and confidence.
• Aggressiveness and extrovert.
• Team Handling Exposure will be plus.
• Some Kind of Large account handling exposure will be required.
• Quick Adaptability and Learning in terms of Market, Technology and Human behavior.
• Good co-ordination skills and self-driver.
DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS
• Person should have natural bend towards HR/Recruitment and opting for career in Staffing & Recruitment Industry
• Organization will look at stability as one of major factors.
• Person should have enough dedication for work with zero level of monitoring.
• If required incumbent should be open to travel to Bangalore (Alp HQ) for induction and training.
Education-BE/B Tech/BBA/BCA/MBA/MCA.
Experience- 1- 4 years.
