location:  Chicago, IL

duration: 6+months

 Primary Responsibilities:

 • Working knowledge of Security Operations (SecOps) Implementation experience.

 • Configure out of the box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows.

 • Functional knowledge and implementation experience of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks working directly with customers and clients.

 • Consider dependencies, relationships, and integration points to ensure proper solution integration with other systems when applicable.

 • Create and maintain business rules using proven, advanced scripting techniques. Create and maintain security access using ACLs via advanced scripts, roles, and conditions. Effectively utilize multiple, complex UI policies. Create, maintain, and troubleshoot complex workflows

 • Proficient Knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, Jelly or similar web technologies

 • Maintain high level of technical aptitude and expert working knowledge of the supporting application(s), development environments and the supported client environment

 • Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures

 BASIC:

 •       Experience following Systems Development Life Cycle processes

 •       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 •       Strong process development and documentation skills 

 •       Advanced technical ServiceNow development skills

 •       Proven track record of effective project leadership and positive results

 Desired Characteristics:

 •       Excellent English, communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
