QT HMI - IVI Domain Interface Engineer

6+ Month contract

Location: Detroit/Novi, MI

 

Mandatory Skills

• Overall experience of 6-8 years.
• 4+ years of experience in HMI Development.
• Should be well versed with the HMI development using QT framework. Knowledge/Hands-on experience of QT/QML Programming on Linux platform is an added advantage.
• Excellent programming skills in C++ under Linux environment.
• Should be well versed with OS concepts, OO Design patterns and overview of the System level components on Linux.
• Hands-on experience in software development for Automotive infotainment systems including but not limited to HMI, Connectivity, Media, Systems, Telematics, Voice Recognition, Navigation etc.,
• Experience in Automotive domain is preferred.
• Candidate shall be familiar with IDE tools and version control tools like Git, ClearCase etc., 
• Good to have knowledge on YoctoLinux.
• Ability to work independently as well as mentor the team with necessary support.
• Knowledge on cloud platform is preferred.
