Job Title: Jitterbit Developer

Location: San Francisco, CA 94101

Job Duration: 12 Months

 

Primary Skills: Jitterbit, Mulesoft, Boomi, Web Services [SOAP & REST], XML, XSLT, XPTH, HTTPS, SQL queries.

Description:

Local candidates are preferred:

 

Responsibilities:

•             Provide operational monitoring and support for Jitterbit integrations

•             Review and diagnose errors in running Jitterbit integrations; take corrective action and/or initiate escalation steps as necessary

•             Work with Support leads to deploy Jitterbit Integration applications to Production and Non-Production environments

•             Install and configure the Jitterbit platform

•             Create scripts to automate and improve support processes

•             Manage queue of cases and work with users and other support teams to troubleshoot production issues

•             Work with support lead and developers to triage production bugs

•             Document support process, standard operational procedures, support reference manuals.

 

Required Skills:

•             Experience using Unix/Linux OS environments

•             Experience with Administering and supporting any Integration technologies like Jitterbit,Mulesoft, Boomi

•             Experience with Oracle database and SQL queries

•             Working knowledge on Web Services [SOAP &REST], XML, XSLT, XPTH, HTTPS.
