Job Description:

Develops design specifications within defined architecture, utilizing standard procedures and techniques Analyze, design, develop, implement and support ETL solutions using Informatica.

Set up complex workflows and schedules

Develop ETL data workflows and code for data migration between source and target system Maintain/enhance existing workflows and code Troubleshoots application problems independently.

Ability to quickly process information, correlate, disseminate, and make appropriate risk based decisions Has to support the implementations and post deployment support Must possess deep knowledge of data extraction, complex transformations & loading (ETL) methods Review deliverables for accuracy and quality Convert business rules into transformation logic

3+ years strong experience participating in multiple technical projects

3+ through a SDLC

 

Job Level Specific Duties

Analyze source data systems to identify cleansing opportunities Implement data cleansing procedures.

Map objects and attributes between source and target databases Develop and automate data reconciliation between systems Convert Mappings into ETL workflows.

Establish connections to PostgreSQL within the ETL process Accommodate changes to target database system Efficiently turn around defects over the course of SIT and UAT. 

 

 

Key Technical Skills:

Typically requires 6-8 years

ETL Architecture, Design and Development (4+ years)

Informatica (3+ years)

Data Modeling (1+ year)

SQL programming (5+ years)

Experience with Oracle and DB2

PostgreSQL experience (Preferred)
