Rate: $55-60
• 5+ Years of testing experience
• Primary – Strong SQLs, Data Validation between source/target (Source applications could send data via APIs (primary) or through SSIS packages that pull data from DB)
• Hands-on Unix Shell Scripting, NoSQL databases like HBase, Cassandra and MongoDB
• Automation capabilities – Good in automating the data validation between different layers
• Requirements gathering, Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Deployment phases of the project life cycle.
• QA lifecycle tools – HP (Quality Center, QTP, PTC, etc.) or equivalent
• Experience working with the business and IT team diligently to execute the activities in a timely manner
• Experience in defect life cycle management – logging, replication, triaging, verification, closing, metrics reporting, etc.
• Experience in Agile Development methodologies
• Experience in scheduling tool is added advantage
• Knowledge in GitHub, Jira or similar tool.
• Good Communication skills
