Job Role : .Net Developer

Job Location: Topeka, KS

Job Duration : Long Term

 

This candidate will be required to be onsite with the client 1 week a month (the travel expenses for this will be paid for by the client).

 

The only requirement is a finger-print based Criminal background check.

25% Travel will be to Topeka, Kansas (paid by client)

 

Interview will be in Following Steps

Step 1: Pre-screen multiple-choice Test

Step 2: Goto meeting interview

Step 3: Coding Test

Successful candidates from the above 3 steps will be presented to the client with the final step being a Client interview.

 

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of working experience in developing applications using .NET Core - Mandatory

Experience working in Agile teams to define scope of each feature/module and deliver solutions - Mandatory

7+ years of application development and implementation experience.

At least 5 years of C#.NET/ ASP.NET, MVC, JSON, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Experience implementing distributed web applications, REST based API design (XML, JSON, etc.)

Ability to breakdown complex requirements and provide development estimates as needed.

Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment

Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to listen, articulate, facilitate and advocate ideas.

Experience with Microsoft TFS/VSTS - Mandatory

Working knowledge of SQL and relational database and experience with MS SQL server

Able to work independently with little guidance

Quick learner and demonstrate ability to design and develop clean maintainable code in all layers of applications from UI to Database.

Strong working experience writing and testing code via test scripts and a good understanding of best practices such as TDD, code reviews, and unit testing.

Highly collaborative as he/she will be working as part of a distributed team

Experience with Domain driven design and C4 model highly desired - If they have this in addition to the other requirements, they'll be considered a rock star for this position :)
