 I am looking for someone who understands the Asset Management, Workforce management, Mobility, GIS and reporting aspects in power distribution domain

 

Mandatory Skills*		.NET lead with Microsoft skills - VB, ASP, C#, SQL
Preferred Skills*		- Work Experience in projects involving L2/L3 support - ITIL experience/certification preferred - Experience with Enterprise Work Management, Asset Management & Supply Chain applications
Project Details*		Application Support: This project involves support of Enterprise Work Management, Asset Management & Supply Chain applications, reduction of the enhancement request backlog, application documentation, reducing ticket count and working on enhancements as per the requirements
Job Roles/Responsibilities*		- Provide trouble shooting, support to the applications for any issues - Incident management, Problem management and Change Management processes - Understanding the existing application from a functional and technical point of view and provide the solution accordingly - Provide support and prepare technical documentation
