Skills needed:
Able to write test cases
Write training documents
Able follow basic Project Management process/ methodology
Keep track of project plan in Microsoft project
Should maintain close tracking and should be able to proactively identify Risks / issues
Align with the main manager and support them in maintaining all the process documentation
Good communication and analytical skills
