Locations :     Washington, DC

Experience :   9+ years

Duration  :     Longterm

Interview :     Multiple Skype rounds OR F2F

 

Candidate must be in USA for more than three years and no travel outside more than 90 days in total to obtain Public Trust Clearances.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

Required:

Bachelor's Degree and 9+ years related experience (additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree)

At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of PeopleSoft HCM

At least 1 full lifecycle implementation of PeopleSoft in a lead role for a Federal Title 5 agency

At least 1 upgrade to PeopleSoft HCM 9.2

Experience implementing PeopleSoft HCM for a federal government agency

Demonstrated mastery of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Functionality including PAR Processing

Demonstrated superior communication skills - written and verbal

Experience preparing for and conducting Conference Room Pilots/Fit Gap sessions

 

Desired:

Experience with PeopleSoft Time and Labor 9.2

Certified in Oracle Unified Method

Certified in PeopleSoft HCM

Strong knowledge and understanding of PeopleTools

Business Process Reengineering experience

Federal Title 38 and 42 experience

DFAS Payroll experience
